Terms of Service

VITAL-KORE provides nutrition, body composition and lifestyle coaching, education, tracking tools and a private member community. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy or telehealth service. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or manage prescription medication.

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be 18 or older to hold a membership.

Memberships are recurring and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel, pause or change your membership from your billing settings; access to member features ends when the paid period ends. Membership statuses include active, trial, past due, cancelled and paused.

Supplements are over-the-counter products sold separately from coaching. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Check with your healthcare provider before adding any supplement.

Do not share another member's photographs, health information or private messages, post medical advice, sell or promote prescription products, harass other members, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Individual outcomes vary. We make no guarantee of weight change, body composition change or any other result. Body composition figures are estimates presented as ranges with a confidence level and are not medical measurements.

We may update these terms and will notify members in the announcements channel. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
