AI Body Composition Scan

Measured the same way every time, reported honestly.

Weight alone cannot tell you whether you are losing fat or lean tissue. Our scan turns standardized phone photos and your measurements into an estimated body fat range with a stated confidence level, then tracks the change between standardized scans.

How it works

Repeatability first

Standardized inputs

Height, weight and waist measurement are captured with every scan so results stay comparable.

Four guided angles

Front, left side, right side and back, each with an on-screen pose guide and framing outline.

Automatic quality checks

Lighting, blur, camera angle, distance, framing, pose, rotation and resolution are checked before a photo is accepted.

Retake guidance

If a photo fails, you are told exactly what to change — step back, raise the camera, more light, hold still.

Estimated range

Results are an estimated body fat range with High, Moderate or Low confidence. Never a false-precision decimal.

External calibration

Have a DXA or other validated measurement? Enter it, and future scans are calibrated against your own reference readings.

What this is not

A photo-based estimate is not a DXA scan and we do not claim equivalence. It is not a medical or diagnostic measurement. Its strength is consistency: scanned the same way each time, the direction and size of your change is far more useful than any single number. Low-confidence scans are flagged and we ask you to repeat them. Your photos are never used to train models unless you give separate, explicit permission for that specific use.
