Photo & Data Consent

Uploading body photographs so the platform can produce an estimated body composition range, storing those photographs so you can compare progress over time, and allowing your assigned coach to view them for coaching purposes.

In private storage with no public permanent URL. Access requires your authenticated session, your assigned coach, or an administrator acting under documented permissions, and images are delivered through short-lived signed links.

Your photographs are not used to train or improve machine-learning models under this consent. That requires a separate, clearly labelled permission which is optional, unnecessary for full use of the platform, and withdrawable at any time.

Weight, measurements, nutrition, hydration, sleep, activity, wellness journal entries and medication records you enter are treated as sensitive health-related information and are only used to deliver your coaching.

Photo-based body composition results are estimates shown as a range with a confidence level. They are not a DXA scan, not diagnostic, and not a medical measurement.

You can withdraw photo or health data consent at any time from your account settings. New scans stop, and you can request deletion of stored photographs. Withdrawing consent does not affect coaching you have already received.
