Coaching Agreement
Last updated September 2026
What your coach does
Sets nutrition and hydration targets, publishes meal plans and educational resources, reviews your logs, measurements, photographs and scans, runs your check-ins, provides lifestyle and habit education, and answers questions in private messaging and the member community.
What your coach does not do
Your coach does not prescribe medication, change a prescribed dose, provide dosing instructions, diagnose or treat any condition, or replace your healthcare provider. Medication and medical questions are directed to your prescribing healthcare professional. If a coach holds a clinical licence, any clinical service is provided separately and identified as such.
Your responsibilities
Keep your prescriber informed, tell us about conditions, allergies or medications that affect nutrition coaching, enter accurate information, follow standardized scan instructions, and stop any activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms and contact your healthcare provider.
Medical emergencies
This platform is not for emergencies. If you experience severe symptoms, contact emergency services or your healthcare provider immediately. Messages here are not monitored around the clock.
Communication and response times
Coaches reply to private messages on business days. Check-ins follow the schedule shown on your dashboard. Missed check-ins are flagged to your coach so you can be followed up.
Confidentiality
Your coaching information, photographs and notes are confidential between you, your assigned coach and administrators with a documented operational need.
This document is provided for transparency about how the platform operates. It is not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review these terms before commercial launch.
